Q: What is a Hybrid Real Estate Company?

Q: Are you Ranstad Group or Hybrid Real Estate?
A: Hybrid Real Estate is a locally owned company that was developed by Kelly and Bryan Ranstad. Although owners of the company, the Ranstads have continued selling Real Estate known as Ranstad Group, affiliated with Hybrid Real Estate.
Q: I have noticed that you do not do a lot of Company marketing (such as bill boards, TV ads, Newspaper, and Magazine ads). How do you get clients?
A: Our answer is simple. We do an extraordinary job for our clients and the referrals follow. Most of our clients have been referred to us by past clients.
Q: How many of your listings do you sell?
A: They want all of their listings to be as “buyer agent friendly” as possible. They want to offer them the expected compensation for bringing a buyer and make the paperwork as easy as possible. With that said, Ranstad Group still finds 50% of the buyers themselves. This is because they do not sit around and wait for these agents to locate a buyer. The Ranstad's use a unique grass root system and actively search for your buyer themselves!
Q: Do you have a written marketing plan that you provide to your home sellers?
A: Yes, Each one of their clients receives their own marketing plan customized to meet the needs for their unique property.
