I think so and want my clients to think so too.
Experiencing everything possible from each transaction may not always be fun, but it does help us all to grow. Of course it's my goal to help my clients experience success from each transaction and our partnership. I think what makes that possible is allowing my clients to realize exactly what options are available to them as they make decisions.
In today’s market I feel transparency is more important than ever. I also feel: taking a hands on approach helps my clients to feel secure and confident and that they are making good decisions.
The industry has changed since I opened Hybrid Real Estate in 2008. Clients expect more from their real estate professional. REALTORS are no longer the gatekeepers of information. They are your professional partners and should run their business like one.
To better serve my clients I have added specialist to my team. Each team member has an area of focus and are proficient in their area of expertise. If you work with me that step will be small and most likely slow. But it will also be confident, deliberate, and meaningful.
